Umbrella Policy

GENERAL
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. I reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside my skill set, boundaries, or availability.
Each commission is reviewed individually, and prices may vary depending on character complexity, design details, props, backgrounds, and intended usage. Please include clear references and as much information as possible when submitting your request.
I also reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if a client is repeatedly disrespectful, uncooperative, or unwilling to follow my terms.PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through VGen.
Work will only begin after the commission has been accepted and payment has been completed through VGen’s system. Any add-ons, complexity fees, or commercial usage fees will always be discussed before the commission is confirmed.REVISIONS
Minor revisions are included during the sketch stage.
Major changes made after sketch approval, such as changes to pose, outfit, expression, or design elements, may require an additional fee. Once rendering has begun, only small adjustments may be possible.
To avoid delays, please make sure your request and references are as clear as possible from the start.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Turnaround time depends on my queue, schedule, and the complexity of the commission. I will provide an estimated completion window when I send your proposal.
Final artwork will be delivered digitally through VGen in the format listed on the commission page. Delays may occur if responses are significantly delayed or if major revisions are requested after work has started.
If you need your commission completed by a specific date, please mention that in your initial request. Rush deadlines are not guaranteed unless agreed upon in advance.USE
Unless otherwise discussed, all commissions are for personal use only.
You may share the finished artwork on personal pages with proper credit. Commercial rights, including use for merchandise, advertising, branding, resale, or other profit-based purposes, are not included in the base price and must be discussed in advance for an additional fee. However, I do not allow my work to be used for NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or AI training in any form.
My artwork may not be heavily edited, traced, or altered without permission, aside from simple cropping or resizing for personal display.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain full copyright and authorship of all artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
I may share commissioned work in my portfolio, commission examples, and social media unless privacy is discussed before the commission begins. Private commissions may require an additional fee.
Clients may not claim the artwork as their own or remove credit where artist credit is appropriate.REFUNDS
Refunds are handled in accordance with VGen’s policies.
If I am unable to complete the commission, a refund may be issued depending on the stage of progress. If substantial work has already been completed, any refund may be partial rather than full.
Refunds are generally not available for cancellations due to a change of mind after work has begun, unless otherwise required by platform policy.COMMUNICATION
Clear and respectful communication helps the commission process go smoothly. Please respond within a reasonable timeframe when I send updates, questions, or previews.
If communication is repeatedly delayed, the commission timeline may also be extended. I will always do my best to keep you updated throughout the process.
Harassment, rude behavior, or repeated violation of my terms may result in the commission being declined or canceled.ADDITIONAL NOTES
